- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Capital One Cafe is the cafe located inside the Capital One bank lobby. It's a great place for meeting business clients or having a business meeting. They offer coffee, tea and other beverages, as well as bakery items and other light fare to eat. It's a comfortable space right in the center of downtown. I cannot recommend the bank itself as they have some very underhanded business practices that they used on me as a customer. The cafe, however, is decent.By Tim Drake, April 17, 2017
