  LANS Property is horrible management! There's never parking for people that live in their buildings. Thry take forever to plow when it snows so cars will get stuck. And they try to not give you proper notice of 24 hours when showing your apartment if your about to move out and thats against the law and seem like they have a problem when they are in the wrong. LANS Property is affordable and thats the only good thing so don't move here if your looking for long term living you will be unsatisfied.

  Do not rent here. If you do, don't even bother doing the cleaning in the end they will still take your money. This place is already pretty run down to start with. I figured since the price is somewhat low it'd be ok. In the end they took our money for "apartment" cleaning which we'd already done. We'd already scrubbed the walls, bathroom, stove, refrigerator, kitchen, closets, blinds, ceiling fans. The stove came out cleaner than the day I moved in! I'm also surprised that she is taking our money for some supposed broken blinds. We checked the blinds and they we NOT broken yet, our money was still taken! I agree for the that the kitchen blind had grease because, we tried scrubbing them and it didn't come off. That was on us. The Drip pans?! NO. You need to update your stove for starters and that oven was black when I moved in. I still don't know what the 60.00 "apartment cleaning" is but, I guess this is how management take money from renters.
